Health Data Processing
REQUIREDRequired for core app functionality
I consent to Healzen collecting, storing, and processing my health data (including vitals, medications, medical history, and AI interactions) to provide the service. My data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) and is never sold to third parties.

AI Health Recommendations

I consent to Healzen using my health data to generate personalised AI insights and recommendations. I understand these are informational only — not medical advice — and are always labelled with a medical disclaimer. I can revoke this consent at any time in Settings → Privacy.

Push & Email Notifications

I consent to receiving push notifications and emails for medication reminders, appointment alerts, and health tips. I can customise notification types or opt out completely at any time from Settings → Notifications.

Anonymous Usage Analytics

I consent to sharing anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (feature usage, performance metrics) to help improve Healzen. No personal health data is included. Data is fully anonymised and cannot be linked back to me.

AI Model Improvement
OPTIONALOptional — fully de-identified data only
I consent to my de-identified, anonymised health data being used to improve Healzen's AI models. The data cannot be linked back to me. I can withdraw this consent at any time from Settings → Privacy → AI Training and all my data will be removed from future training runs.

Medical Research Participation
OPTIONALOptional — contributes to public health
I consent to contributing my fully anonymised, de-identified health data to approved academic or public health research studies. Results are published in aggregate form only. I can withdraw at any time — all previously contributed data will be excluded from future analyses.

Family Data Management
OPTIONALRequired if you manage family members
I confirm I am authorised to manage health data for any family members I add to my account. For children under 18, I provide consent as their parent or legal guardian and take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of their health information.
